Borders Going Out Of Business Sale gives a discount of 20-40 percent on all merchandise. As an avid reader and book-lover, it’s always sad for me to see a bookstore close up, whether it’s a local indie store or a national chain like Borders. And I sincerely hope the people who do such a good job working at Borders stores find new jobs soon. But… as the store is closing, there are deals for everyone.
Borders sale prices are:
- 20% Off Children’s books, eReaders, cookbooks, and books on fitness and travel
- 30% Off Borders bestsellers, business books, and romance books, plus calendars and music
- 40% Off Blu-ray, video games, greetings cards, and newsstand items
The sale is only in the stores, it’s not valid for shopping at the Borders.com website. They are still accepting gift cards, but if you have any Borders Bucks to spend the last day to redeem them is Sunday July 31, 2011.
