The Bishop’s Lodge cowboy cookout on Friday August 6 2010 sounds like a wild west way to start the weekend! I’ve been up to the mesa top where they hold the cowboy cookout, and it’s a sweet spot to kick up your heels with mighty purty views.
The Bishop’s Lodge cowboy cookout includes a barbeque and all the fixings catered by the resort’s Las Fuentes Restaurant & Bar, and David Manzanares plays the tunes for dancing.
