FREE TEEN CHOCOLATE TASTING PARTY

OK, let’s just admit this up-front: if we were stranded on a desert island, we would choose 70% dark chocolate Lindt bars over Brad Pitt. Well, maybe.

If you’re a teen age 13-18, and you love chocolate, here’s an event for you. The Santa Fe Public Library Southside Branch is hosting a chocolate tasting party on Thursday, April 23 (2009), from 4:30 – 5:30pm. You’ll enjoy a vast variety of chocolates from around the world and even participate in judging the favorite!

It’s all totally free. The library only asks that you register in advance by calling 955-2820.

Have a piece — or seven — of chocolate for us, OK? (We prefer Belgian.)

The Santa Fe Public Library Southside Branch is located at 6599 Jaguar Dr.
