Free Rail Runner Tickets + Albuquerque Discounts

Maybe you already know this, but through March 17, Santa Fe County residents can ride all RailRunner trains for FREE! Simply provide proof of residency (e.g.: a driver’s license).

Of course, the main place to go is Albuquerque, and why go there? Well, Albuquerque has a ton of arts, entertainment and dining within walking distance of the RailRunner station. Also the Albuquerque Convention & Visitors Bureau has put together a package of discount coupons for hotels, dining and attractions in Albuquerque. Really, it’s the perfect day trip from Santa Fe.
