Following up on yesterday’s post about how to get free RailRunner tickets, we wanted to let you know about some other dynamite promotions offered by the New Mexico RailRunner.
Didja know you can get a FREE discount card from the conductor or ticket agent aboard the RailRunner? Present your discount card for FREE admission to all the state museums and monuments within the RailRunner corridor, including:
- New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science
- National Hispanic Cultural Center
- Museum of International Folk Art
- Palace of the Governors
- Coronado State Monument
- Jemez State Monument
- and others!
But wait… that’s not all.
A slew of Albuquerque and Santa Fe businesses also offer discounts with your RailRunner discount card.
And the discounts don’t end there! As we said before, the Albuquerque Convention & Visitor Bureau has put together a coupon package that includes hotel and dining discounts.
So, let’s review. Residents of the City Different can ride all RailRunner trains for free, use their free fare to acquire a RailRunner discount card while onboard, and then use their free card to get free admission to museums around the city AND get discounts from a bunch of local businesses.
